Cantik Spa CBD Reviews

My partner and I just experienced the Ubud In Love for Couples package at Cantik Spa at The Grace Hotel for our birthdays, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our package included a 60-minute Balinese massage, 30-minute body scrub, 30-minute facial, 20-minute sauna, and 10-minute foot spa, and every treatment was pure relaxation. The entire experience was beautifully put together and left us feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The staff were truly amazing—such beautiful, kind, and welcoming people who made us feel special from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. Another bonus was the parking, which was affordable and so easy to access, making the whole experience completely stress-free from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for the perfect couples’ spa experience, I couldn’t recommend Cantik Spa enough. It was relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect way to spend quality time together. We left feeling rejuvenated, spoiled, and already can’t wait to come back!

Very relaxing morning, everything was perfect from start to finish. We had the Grace retreat & a retreat it was. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing. Our massage was incredible & the sauna to finish was a great addition. We left feeling wonderful & refreshed.

I had a very unpleasant and frankly concerning experience at this place and feel obligated to leave an honest review. When arrived for my appointment, I had to call out multiple times before anyone came out. The staff member who eventually appeared looked disheveled and half-asleep, as if I had interrupted her rest. She seemed confused while checking the booking system. The entire service was unprofessional and poorly executed: • Lack of basic understanding of services: Before starting, I tried to confirm my package, but she described something completely different from what I had booked. It was clear she did not understand the service at all. And she said the process is her friend told her. • Severe communication barrier: The staff member could barely communicate in English, making it extremely difficult to explain even basic requests. I have to take my phone during the treatment to show her what I booked, I showed her the package name, but she seems don’t know what is inside the package, and I opened the lists to show what treatment is included.. • bad facial treatment: I came straight from work wearing makeup. Instead of properly cleansing my face, she used a small piece of cotton with minimal product and no proper washing. When I expressed concern, she did not understand. she then apply mask on top of uncleaned face. The experience feels so bad. • Disturbing and unsafe environment: During the sauna session, the lights in the entire area were suddenly turned off by the staff while I was inside. The space out of sauna became completely dark. I called out loudly for help multiple times and received no response for quite some time. This was genuinely frightening and raises serious safety concerns. • Poor hygiene standards: The shower area was in terrible condition. The trash bin was open and overflowing with used disposable underwear, which was both unhygienic and disturbing. • Broken facilities: The shower was faulty, causing water to spray unpredictably and soaking my hair despite my efforts to keep it dry. • Neglectful service: After the session, I was left completely unattended in a dark, empty space. I could not find staff or even basic assistance. It appeared the staff had already moved on to another client without completing my service properly. Overall, this was not just a disappointing experience! I felt unsafe and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I booked the Hidden Kelingking 150-minute package at Cantik Spa Sydney for some much-needed me time, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The package included a 10-minute foot spa, 60-minute Balinese massage, 30-minute foot massage, 30-minute body scrub and a 20-minute sauna. From the moment I arrived, the ambience stood out — the space is calm, clean and quiet, with soothing music that immediately sets a relaxing tone. Jessie highly skilled and professional. I requested firmer pressure for the massage and it was delivered perfectly. I was so relaxed that I dozed off throughout the massage. Starting with tea while my feet were soaked in warm water was a lovely touch and I could feel the tension melting straight away. Being served a glass of sparkling wine and a chocolate at the end was an unexpected and delightful surprise. The experience felt excellent value for money given the length, quality and range of treatments. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed — the perfect reset and true me time. A couple of minor points for improvement: it would be more comfortable if the seat during my foot soak had a back to lean against, and the foot massage felt shorter than the advertised 30 minutes, closer to around 15 minutes. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise beautiful experience. I would definitely return and have already recommended this to my family and friends.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cantik Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up for relaxation. The quality of service and care here is outstanding. Highly recommend Cantik Spa if you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind and treat yourself!
